We want you to love FedYet Plus. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase and we'll process it, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all FedYet orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using your email address, or
- Contact us through your FedYet account and we'll forward the request.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Manage subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
