These Terms govern your use of FedYet (the "Service"), operated by Neptune Spear Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Authority

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction. If you're using FedYet on behalf of a household or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind them.

2. The Service

FedYet helps households coordinate dog feeding by tracking meals, history, and household members. Features and limits depend on your plan (Free or Plus).

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully; (b) commit fraud or send spam; (c) infringe intellectual property rights; (d) interfere with security, including malware, probing, or scraping; (e) attempt to reverse engineer the Service; (f) resell or redistribute the Service; or (g) circumvent technical limits.

5. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. dog names, photos). You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.

7. Service Level

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for our money-back guarantee.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations of these Terms. On termination, your access ends and your data may be deleted after a reasonable export window.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law forbids exclusion.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Neptune Spear Labs is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Assignment & Force Majeure

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
